Mr. Ashkar Sindhi, the founder of our company, brings with him a distinguished background in the National Cadet Corps (NCC) and a wealth of experience in private security and investigation, garnered from his tenure at a leading firm in India. With a deployment strength exceeding 1170 security personnel stationed across various client sites in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh, our company boasts 15 years of invaluable experience in the field.
Headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, and Jaipur, Rajasthan, we also operate our own training institute, underlining our commitment to excellence in security services. Our emphasis on training and recruitment is paramount. We conduct rigorous training sessions at our facility in Vadodara, catering to personnel recruited from regions including Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Jammu & Kashmir, and even Nepal. Prior to employment, we meticulously verify the antecedents of our security personnel and ensure their medical and physical fitness.
Led by experienced officers retired from the Indian Army, our training programs cover a comprehensive range of topics, including security protocols, vigilance, and fire safety, in compliance with the Private Security Agency Regulation Act of 2005. All personnel deployed by us are outfitted in standardized, immaculate uniforms and equipped with necessary accessories to ensure a professional appearance and performance.
